A new edition of GENDER SUMMIT 22 will be held virtually and with free registration, on October 28, 31 and November 1 through the Meetyoo platform.
The Summit will focus on the analysis and discussion of social and gender inequalities in the current social and economic context, in particular, gender gaps and biases in knowledge, in emerging areas of research and innovation and in the recognition of the importance of diversity and inclusion to achieve scientific excellence.
Our UNESCO Regional Chair Women, Science and Technology in Latin America will be participating in this event through a virtual stand that you can visit to learn about the recent activities and projects we are working on.

We highlight the Parallel 1: “The Horizon Europe INSPIRE project” of the European Centre of Excellence on Inclusive Gender Equality in Research and Innovation by Rachel Palmén and Jörg Müller (Interdisciplinary Internet Institute, Barcelona), on October 31 from 15.00 to 16.45 hours (CET).
This will be the opportunity to learn about the INSPIRE project, in which our UNESCO Chair participates, coordinating the research and education activities for Latin American.
